ICC Switzerland will organize an event on the Sustainable Development Goals. These 17 goals are defined by 169 targets at global level. The Swiss Government will start the reporting process by defining the Swiss implementation of the targets by a public online consultation in May/June 2017. This process will lead to a revised sustainable development agenda. It is therefore crucial that the business view is reflected in the consultation process.
The information event will bring you up to date with the ongoing work.
Kindly hosted by Swiss Re, this seminar will take place on 23 May 2017, before our Annual Assembly at 15:30.
Mr Till Berger will inform on the public consultation. Mr Pascal Salina, Swisscom, will present the experience and consequences for reporting at company level. Mr Antonio Hautle will outline the support offered by the Global Compact Network Switzerland in this process.
CSR representatives as well as representatives in charge of communication and strategic questions should attend. Non-members are also welcome to participate. Participation will be free of charge but registration is compulsory.
